My step mom gave me this recipe, and it's a great healthy alternative to a dessert... but, I won't lie, most of the time the Foulke household likes to have it for breakfast. Keep stirring! After about 6-10 minutes (depending on the heat of your stove), the rhubarb should start breaking down and becoming mushy.
